Ordering Information
Shipping
Currently, 1G Collection only ships to addresses in the United States.
Standard Overnight orders placed Monday through Friday before 1 pm Pacific ship that same day. All other orders will ship within two business days.
Standard Overnight orders placed on a Friday will not be delivered on the Saturday and instead be delivered the next business day.
1G Collection uses FedEx for deliveries, and therefore cannot to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Please note that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
1G Collection does not allow for local pick-up of orders.
Payment Methods
1G Collection only accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover cards.
Your billing address should be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement to help ensure that your payment can be processed.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to California.
Fraud Protection
All payment forms are subject to verification and review by 1G Collection. 1G Collection reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.
Return Policy
We will gladly accept your timely return of unused or defective merchandise within three weeks of your order ship date.
Before making any returns, you must contact 1G Collection customer service within three weeks of your order ship date through our Contact Us page to get a RA#. Returns received without a RA# will not be accepted.
Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition. We regret that we do not refund original order shipping costs with the return.
Exchanges
Please note that we cannot always offer exchanges for returned products.
Refunds
Once we have received your package your return will be processed in the original form of payment within 14 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from 1G Collection.
